BetterHelp is expanding its network of licensed mental health professionals to provide remote therapy to adults, couples, and teens across the United States. You’ll focus on client care while we handle admin and overhead, with weekly payments for sessions.

Applicants should have 3+ years of experience, an independent license, and a private, professional home workspace with reliable internet. Flexible hours and ongoing CEU access are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) to provide therapy without supervision.
• U.S. residency and ability to conduct sessions from a private, professional environment.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Reliability: stable internet, liability insurance, and a private workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling to adults, couples, or teens via online sessions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and standards.
• Manage caseload and deliver high-quality therapy with autonomy in clinical decisions.

Education
