• Comfortable working in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Provides counseling and therapy modalities to patients in a remote telemedicine setting
• Maintains clinic records, documents services and patient activities per best clinical practices
• Participates in ongoing education, supervision, and case planning with the multidisciplinary team
• Conducts crisis intervention and case management as needed
