New Beginnings Behavioral Health LLC is seeking aLicensed Mental Health Counselor for a full-time, remote role in Nevada. The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and credentials, with comprehensive benefits and administrative support.

The clinician will deliver evidence-based therapy, develop and review treatment plans, and coordinate with external providers while maintaining meticulous documentation and a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Minimum of two years of relevant mental health counseling experience.
• Understanding of community mental health resources and their application.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Establish treatment goals with clients and work toward them.
• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans regularly.
• Coordinate with external treatment providers and agencies for holistic care.
• Complete documentation (session notes, updates) promptly to stay compliant.
• Maintain a manageable caseload while monitoring progress.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative organizational culture.
