Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. The role supports a fully remote W-2 arrangement with evening availability and flexible hours for part-time or full-time work.

Candidates must hold independent or associate licensure in Missouri. Compensation includes a base salary plus bonus with comprehensive benefits and cross-licensure sponsorship options where eligible.

Qualifications

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome).
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
• Evening availability to meet client needs.
• Part-time or full-time W-2 positions with 40 hours/week for full-time.
