Qualifications

• Outpatient or telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals, couples, and families via video sessions.
• Complete initial evaluations and gather background information.
• Help clients identify issues to work through in therapy.
• Guide conversations around relationships, family concerns, and life changes.
• Keep session notes and clinical records current.
• Participate in case discussions and team meetings as needed.
• Refer clients to additional services when appropriate.
• Follow Minnesota LMFT licensing and professional requirements.
