Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd seeks licensed mental health professionals to join our remote team providing therapy to Minnesota residents through telehealth.

You will deliver care for stress, depression, and related challenges while ensuring clear progress tracking and documentation of client notes.

100% remote position within Minnesota with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, offering a competitive salary, PTO and benefits, plus ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and ongoing evaluations remotely.
• Provide individual and family counseling online.
• Maintain client notes and treatment records.
• Adjust care plans based on progress.
• Engage in virtual team meetings and training.

Skills

LICSW LMFT LPCC license

Education
