Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver high-quality teletherapy across our general mental health program. You’ll work as a 1099 contractor, with a flexible schedule and a built-in clinical community.

We provide billing, credentialing, insurance support, and an AI-powered documentation tool to reduce admin burden, along with free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and ongoing professional development. 9+ hours per week availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Commit to minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioural health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
