Job summary

CVS Health is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Mental Health Therapists, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists for a fully remote, 20-40 hour/week role supporting patients aged 13 and up. Licensure in one or more states and willingness to obtain additional licenses are required.

The position offers autonomous practice within Minute Clinic with a strong clinical support team.

Qualifications

• Current, active state license in one or more of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to patients 13+.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy, including virtual sessions when applicable.
• Collaborate with clinical care team and maintain documentation in EHR.
• Help patients navigate mental health resources and care coordination.
