CVS Health’s Minute Clinic is hiring licensed mental health therapists for a fully remote, 20–40 hour/week role serving patients 13 years and older. LCSWs, LPCs, LMHCs, or LMFTs in one or more U.S. states are eligible and may need to obtain additional licensure.

Qualifications

• Current, active state license as LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT in one or more U.S. states.
• Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to patients 13+.
• Deliver therapy virtually in a patient-centered manner.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to coordinate care.
• Practice at the top of license with appropriate supervision and documentation.
