Job summary

CVS Health Minute Clinic is seeking licensed clinicians to provide virtual therapy to patients aged 13 and up, 20–40 hours per week. Candidates must hold an active LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in at least one U.S. state and be willing to obtain additional licensure as needed.

The role offers autonomy, clinical care team support, and the ability to deliver care across multiple platforms, emphasizing evidence-based therapies and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, active, unencumbered state license as LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT. Must also be willing to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs.
• Strong diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and education to patients 13+ and families.
• Deliver therapy via telehealth across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to support continuity of care.
