Job summary

OptiMindHealth is hiring licensed mental health professionals (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) for remote and Canton, OH-based roles. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, work within an integrated care team, and tailor treatment plans to individual needs.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible schedules, paid malpractice, CEU reimbursement, PTO, holidays, and potential productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professional licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in the state of practice.
• Ability to practice independently.
• Strong clinical skills across modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents.
• Deliver family, group therapy as needed and/or psychological testing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with licensure and organizational policies.
