OptiMindHealth in Houston, TX is hiring licensed mental health professionals for remote full-time or part-time roles. You will join an integrated care team and provide individual and possibly family or group therapy from home.

Advanced licensure in LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC in Texas is required, with Massachusetts/Colorado licensure preferred. The role offers a competitive salary range ($60,000–$75,000 per year) with flexible schedules, strong support, and opportunities for leadership as the practice

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Texas.
• Experience delivering remote psychotherapy is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an integrated care team model.
• Provide individual psychotherapy, and possibly family/group therapy and psychological testing as needed.
• Customize care per patient and determine session frequency and duration.
• Maintain clinical documentation; back-office handles billing and credentialing.
• Work flexible hours with no required on-call duties.
• Pursue leadership or site supervision opportunities as the company grows.
