Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in Colorado and the ability to practice independently is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy within an integrated care team model.
• Tailor care for each patient and determine appropriate session frequency and duration.
• Engage in outpatient behavioral health services including family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
• Maintain clinical care documentation while back-office teams handle billing, credentialing, and other admin tasks.
