Better Way Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team supporting clients in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time position requires LMFT/LPC/LCSW licensure and a master's degree in counseling or related field.

You will provide individual, couple, and family therapy, collaborate with care teams, document securely, and participate in ongoing professional development. Competitive salary ($80,000–$90,000) and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid and independent licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling services, adapting techniques to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to monitor progress and refine treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant documentation of services.
