Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive remote care through our structured 8-week evidence-based program, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients.
• Monitor client progress closely, providing timely follow-ups and documenting session notes to track treatment effectiveness and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to assist clients in navigating resources, obtaining necessary consent, and adhering to treatment plans.
• Identify high-risk clients and implement appropriate interventions according to established safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of all participants.
• Participate actively in scheduled meetings, including regular supervisory sessions, monthly team discussions, and organizational Town Halls to foster communication and engagement.
• Uphold the confidentiality of client information as required by HIPAA, fulfilling annual training obligations to stay informed of privacy and security practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health counselor at Oasis of Healing, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our evidence-based programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, focusing on actionable skill-building and long-lasting behavior change. Your role will be integral to helping clients develop healthy coping strategies and creating a supportive space for their healing journey.

Qualifications

• A current license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule to provide reliable support for clients.
• Clinical experience in psychotherapy utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused techniques.
• A demonstrated passion for improving the lives of your clients and contributing positively to the future of behavioral healthcare.
• Adherence to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote employees, maintaining a professional home office environment.
• Completion of a drug test is required prior to employment as we uphold a drug-free workplace policy.

Preferred Experience
