Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor.
• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a team-based environment.
• Familiar with EMR and documentation workflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine mental health needs.
• Develop tailored evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling sessions.
• Facilitate group therapy and support networks.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
