Qualifications

• Must hold a current/state license as one of: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's/doctoral preferred in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, MFT, or Psychology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; compassionate, non-judgmental approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments using structured tools and frameworks.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clients.
