Job summary

The Kenswick Partners is recruiting a licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent on behalf of a client in the United States. This full-time W-2 role offers a set salary, benefits, and remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Life and Health license.
• Experience in insurance sales or client-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.
• Organized and dependable with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective and existing clients about coverage needs.
• Review client situations and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Explain policy features, costs and coverage details clearly.
• Prepare quotes and complete applications accurately.
• Follow up with clients through the application process to a decision.
• Keep client records current and follow up in a timely manner.
