Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC is seeking a licensed Life & Health agent for a fully remote role in the United States. You will conduct virtual discovery sessions, recommend life insurance products, and coordinate with carriers to streamline applications, all from a remote setting with flexible scheduling.

You will engage leads via CRM tools, translate complex concepts for clients, and build long-term relationships while enjoying an unlimited earning potential through a performance-based commission model.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health agent or actively pursuing licensing.
• Proven ability to host energetic, professional video consultations.
• ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple steps.
• Organized self-starter capable of navigating a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to evaluate client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and guaranteed annuities.
• Utilize integrated CRM tools and digital communication channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic virtual communication, maintaining long-term client trust.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to streamline client application and policy issuance procedures.
• Collaborate with team members during daily virtual stand-ups and interactive mentorship sessions.
