What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Utilize knowledge of the State Farm Agency model and market area operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior State Farm experience
- Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license
- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
