What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  2. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  3. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  5. Utilize knowledge of the State Farm Agency model and market area operations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Prior State Farm experience
  2. Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license
  3. Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  4. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  5. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
