Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Professionals with active Property and Casualty licenses to join our team in Washington. This full-time position is ideal for top-performing sales professionals committed to success and long-term financial growth.

Compensation

Base pay range: $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Actual pay depends on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter for details.

Responsibilities
  • Lead conversation and new account acquisition
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Implement innovative sales strategies
  • Understand carrier products, appetite, and underwriting guidelines
  • Utilize all AnnieMac systems and technology effectively
  • Develop and generate leads
  • Process applications, produce quotes, present proposals, and close sales
  • Issue new client accounts and transition files to onboarding team
  • Support training and onboarding of new sales consultants
  • Expand existing client accounts with new lines of business
  • Assist with renewals and policy re-writes
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal lines insurance
  • Knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and laws
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
  • Detail-oriented and persuasive
