What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Responsible for lead conversion and new account acquisition
  2. Effectively manage a pipeline of provided sales opportunities
  3. Implement and execute innovative sales strategies
  4. Develop and self-generate lead opportunities while maintaining client relationships
  5. Assist with training support and onboarding new Sales Consultants

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Active Property/Casualty Producer License
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the personal lines insurance markets
  3. Thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and state insurance laws
  4. High level of comfort with technology and computer systems
  5. Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented mindset
