Job summary

The McGallian Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Remote Insurance Sales Representative to grow our agency and develop new customer relationships across multiple insurance product lines.

We provide agency-provided and purchased leads, a fully remote environment, and support with multi-state licensing. You will own the sales process from initial contact to closing, with strong emphasis on follow-up and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work agency-provided and purchased leads to generate new business.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers.
• Respond promptly to new lead opportunities and conduct needs-based conversations.
• Prepare and present quotes and follow up through the sales cycle.
• Bundle and cross-sell multiple insurance products where appropriate.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and achieve activity and production goals.
• Develop referral opportunities from new and existing customers.
