Kin Insurance continues to grow; as we expand into new territories, we are looking for an experienced Licensed Sales Manager to help build and lead our sales teams. Our Sales Managers play a key role in Kin’s growth and success.

As a Sales Manager, you will hire, develop, and manage our front-line Sales Agents through strategic mentoring to guide them toward achieving sales targets and goals. You will partner with other departments to ensure your team has the tools they need to be successful.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of managing Sales Agents
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Mastery of the insurance sales process and ability to train internal processes
• Proficiency with CRM, reporting tools, and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and quotas
• Coaching and managing 12-14 Kin Sales Agents in a call-center environment
• Meeting/exceeding target performance standards for agents
• Providing data reporting and analysis of team and agent performance
• Establishing relationships with other departments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development and enhancements
• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives and programs
• Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new Sales Agents
