Job summary

Kin Insurance, Inc. is expanding its sales leadership team and seeks a Licensed Sales Manager to hire, develop, and lead front-line Sales Agents. You will guide agents toward sales targets, partner with other departments for tool access, and contribute expert insights on process improvements.

You will manage 12-14 agents in a fast-paced call-center environment, focusing on coaching, performance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of managing Sales Agents.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and quotas.
• Coaching and mentoring 12-14 Sales Agents in a call-center environment.
• Meeting or exceeding target performance standards for agents.
• Providing data reporting and tracking of team and individual performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements.
• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of Sales Agents.
