What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service support for one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S.
- Maintain a distraction-free and quiet workspace during training and work hours
- Navigate system tools to find answers and information for customers
- Independently study and pass the state insurance exam following comprehensive paid training
- Demonstrate reliability and professionalism in all customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Oklahoma
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Must have open availability during operating hours
