Qualificações

• Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Property & Casulty license or 4-40 CSR required.
• Demonstrated history of success in sales within insurance/financial services preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with agency management systems and MS Office.
• Clear and articulate communication style, over the phone and in person.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to protect families by reaching out to prospective clients in the local community.
• Help existing policyholders review and update their coverage as life changes.
• Explain complex insurance products in simple terms to build confidence with clients.
• Provide timely, accurate quotes that offer real value and security.
• Collaborate with the office to maintain a supportive and efficient workplace culture.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and policy changes.
