Health Insurance Agent

REMOTE | $22-23 USD/hour

Working with an extensive client base, TEKsystems is seeking experienced Medical Administrative or Customer Service professionals in the Pennsylvania area.

A Day in the Role:

• The Licensed Telesales Representative educates beneficiaries about healthcare products and helps them choose suitable plans.
• Responsible for selling Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) via telephonic methods, adhering to CMS regulations and company policies.
• Must hold Virginia insurance license, have or be eligible for AHIP certification, and have Medicare or Contact Center experience.
• Handle inbound calls from potential members, evaluate eligibility, provide quotes, and assist with enrollment.
• Transfer calls as needed, and during downtime, make outbound calls to offer quotes to families.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Health Insurance Agent
• Active Insurance License
• Diploma or GED
• Fully remote workspace
