Job summary

Handshake is seeking licensed electricians to assist with AI research through part-time, flexible contract work. Candidates will evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback based on their expertise in electrical workflows.

This fully remote opportunity allows for an asynchronous schedule with no minimum hour requirement, typically ranging from 5–20 hours per week. Ideal applicants should have strong electrical experience with no prior AI knowledge needed.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in electrical work.
• Roles can include Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, or Licensed Electrician.
• Experience as an Electrical Contractor or Electrical Apprentice with 4+ years of field experience.

Responsibilities

• Support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work.
• Evaluate AI-generated content based on real-world electrical workflows.
• Provide feedback for creating expert-level training data.
