Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Paramus, NJ. A ramp stipend is available for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week, with a nationwide hybrid care model.

Eligible clinicians are independently licensed in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and committed to delivering evidence-based care to a broad client base, including couples and children.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Able to commit to 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse clients, including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Utilize telehealth and in-person sessions as part of a nationwide hybrid care model.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support client progress and treatment plans.
