Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to join a patient-centered team. You will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, create individualized treatment plans, and meet regularly with patients for counseling and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Licensed and active in scope of practice; intern/associate not eligible.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with applicable software and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and provide counseling.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly with patients for ongoing counseling and progress review.
• Involve family when appropriate and coordinate with care teams.
• Plan outreach and referrals within surrounding communities.
