Qualifications

• Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services.
• Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Ability to manage a remote caseload with accuracy and professionalism.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled therapy appointments through a secure video platform
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and gather relevant clinical information
• Establish treatment goals based on client concerns and clinical presentation
• Provide therapy for clients managing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, adjustment issues, and interpersonal stress
• Track client response to treatment and revise goals as needed
• Prepare progress notes and clinical records within required timelines
• Maintain ethical standards, privacy practices, and professional boundaries
• Recognize when a client may need additional services or a higher level of care
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal support teams when needed

Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
