Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians pursuing North Carolina licensure to deliver telehealth counseling to a broad client base across the country. The role requires independent licensure, a 60-credit hour program, and experience diagnosing and conducting intakes under supervision.

• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing under a licensed supervisor (DSM-5).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.

Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits. **How We Support You** We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.
