Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, identifying strengths and barriers to treatment.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and needs.
• Maintain open lines of communication with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive care for clients.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, ensuring immediate needs are met effectively and safely.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in a timely and accurate manner, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to foster community and understanding among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
