Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs. This includes gathering historical and contextual information to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic strategies aimed at addressing individual client challenges, ensuring these plans are both dynamic and adaptable to evolving client needs.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to facilitate a holistic approach to client care and ensure continuity in treatment.
• Educate and support clients' families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues while encouraging their proactive involvement in the treatment process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and other ethical standards.

Qualifications
