Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and form personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based methods to support personal growth.
• Set clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Offer teletherapy services to cater to those who prefer virtual sessions or experience accessibility challenges.
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation in line with ethical standards and best practices to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will focus on a diverse client base dealing with a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Each client will benefit from your tailored approach, ensuring they receive the most suitable therapeutic interventions for their specific situations.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, alongside a strong empathetic approach conducive to building rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high levels of organization in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical setting providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele is preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience facilitating virtual sessions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
