Qualifications

• Previous administrative/secretarial experience desired.
• Securities registered (series 7 & 66 or 7, 63, & 65).
• Insurance licensed/appointed.
• Securities registered and insurance licensed/appointed in all states where licensing is required.
• Willing to complete Long Term Care training as required in supported states.
• 2+ years of customer service orientation preferred.
• Strong technical computer aptitude with Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming telephone calls and responds to requests for information.
• Researches inquiries regarding client accounts.
• Provides fund values and answers questions about securities and insurance products.
• Performs routine administrative duties and prepares routine correspondence and reports.
• Supports projects and administration of various programs and functions.
• Schedules meetings for Financial Advisors and updates client contact data.
• Assists Advisors with client meetings and product changes.
• Drives marketing services and client engagement activities.
• Communicates with customers about financial matters and investment services.
• Conducts information gathering for potential securities product recommendations.
