Heritage Financial Group is seeking a Client Service Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our practice. You will handle calls, manage practice email, and use Thrivent Financial systems to assist client relations and daily operations.

This is a part-time, remote position based in California (15-20 hours per week). The role offers exposure to CA Life and Health licensing and FINRA licensing tracks, with compensation of $20-25 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative/secretarial experience preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency with common office tools and ability to learn Thrivent systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Understanding of products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to information requests.
• Perform routine admin duties (supplies, mail, documents).
• Coordinate routine correspondence, reports, and projects.
• Schedule client meetings for Financial Advisors and update CRM with contact info.
• Assist Advisors with meeting prep and follow-up.
• Provide back-up support for non-licensing tasks as needed.
