The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in financial services operations, with strong organization and communication skills, plus familiarity with trading, transactions, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in financial services operations.
• Licenses (Series 7, 66, Life and Health) or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Familiarity with financial transactions, trading, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up – prepare agenda, notes, and track action items.
• Business Processing – manage operational workflows for client transactions.
• Trades & Transactions – support and process trades with regulatory compliance.
• Compliance & Licensing – maintain regulatory compliance and obtain licenses if needed.
• Client & Team Support – collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes.
