Job summary

FutureFWD Advisors, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, seeks a detail-oriented licensed client service associate for a fully remote role aligned to Eastern Time Zone hours. You will support meeting prep, client transactions, and operational workflows from home with CST or EST residency.

The position requires current Series 7, 66, Life and Health licenses or a commitment to obtain them within six months, offering growth toward becoming a client-facing advisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services operations or a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong follow-through.
• Familiarity with financial transactions, trading, and compliance requirements.
• Licenses (Series 7, 66, Life and Health) or willingness to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up – create agendas, take notes, track actions.
• Business Processing – oversee operational workflows and client transactions.
• Trades & Transactions – support and process trades in compliance with regulations.
• Compliance & Licensing – maintain regulatory compliance and obtain licenses if needed.
• Client & Team Support – collaborate to optimize processes and client service.
