Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians and offering telehealth-based behavioral health services. Providers work as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and direct scheduling flexibility, focusing on high-quality care while Rula handles insurance enrollment, billing, and system support.

Clinicians must be licensed in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) with an active NPI and be able to provide telehealth sessions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LMFT/LICSW or LMHC license.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington state and provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health sessions with clients via telehealth.
• Maintain client notes in the EHR and ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate with billing team for claims and approved sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and credentialing when needed.
