Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to deliver high-quality behavioral health care via telehealth. Providers work as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy, choosing availability and client mix while Rula handles billing, claims and insurance enrollment.

Clinicians must be licensed in WA (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW), hold an active NPI, and provide telehealth. Remote work is available with support from Rula's clinical services and referral system.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LICSW or LMHC license in WA
• NPI must be active and in good standing
• Ability to provide telehealth is required
• Must be licensed in Washington state to see WA clients
• Provider must maintain HIPAA compliant documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth LMHC/LMFT/LICSW sessions
• Complete session notes and billing documentation
• Manage credentialing and enrollment with insurance partners
• Maintain compliant EHR entries and scheduling
• Deliver high-quality behavioral health care to individuals, couples, and families
