Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. We offer 1099 contractor roles with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, focusing on delivering high-quality behavioral health care through telehealth.

Providers earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly payments and no-show/late cancellation protections; admin tasks are handled by Rula, letting you focus on sessions and notes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington State.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Complete and maintain client notes and EHR documentation.
• Leverage Rula's administrative support for billing, claims and scheduling.
