A T Still University of Health is seeking a diligent, self-motivated work-study student to assist the ATSU library repository and Still ScholarWorks. You will build a database of ATSU-published articles, create outreach emails to faculty authors, and ensure proper metadata and submissions. Training will be provided.

This 5–15 hour per week, remote position offers flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organization, and research skills, with ability to work nights

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Good academic standing.

Responsabilités

• Compile faculty research into an Excel spreadsheet or database from newsletters, PubMed alerts, and Scopus alerts.
• Compose emails to faculty and student authors for article submissions to Still ScholarWorks.
• Consult Romeo Sherpa database to request correct copies of articles for inclusion.
• Upload and include correct metadata for each submitted article.
• Participate in repository-related projects such as theses.
