Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support development of precedent-setting cases.
• Identify potential clients and help generate new cases.
• Participate in all stages of a case, from pre-litigation to discovery and appeal.
• Draft briefs, letters, and research memoranda.
