Qualifications

• A passion for liberty and interest in public-interest law.
• Knowledge of constitutional property law.

• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys to develop precedent-setting cases.
• Participate in all stages of a case, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial and appellate briefing, and oral argument.
• Draft briefs, comment letters, and research memoranda.
