Allswell is hiring pre-licensed telehealth therapists in Maryland to serve LGBTQ+ clients in a remote, contract role. You’ll provide individual therapy via telehealth, engage in supervision, and document assessments in a HIPAA-compliant manner.

We offer free supervision, no admin hassles, flexible scheduling, and a mission-driven culture. Eligible candidates include LMSW, LGPC, or LGMFT with Maryland licensure aspirations.

Qualifications

• Maryland licensure required or in process for LMSW/LGPC/LGMFT.
• Experience providing LGBTQ+-affirming care is preferred.
• Telehealth delivery experience and HIPAA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to LGBTQ+ clients via telehealth.
• Participate in free supervision sessions for professional growth and licensure progression.
• Conduct assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
