You will set up and operate CNC lathes, interpret blueprints, select tools, and write CNC programs using CAM software.

Candidates should have 2+ years of machining experience, strong measurement skills, and the ability to work with engineers to improve quality and cycle times. This role requires safety focus and reliability, with potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required; minimum two years vocational training or related work experience.
• Mechanical knowledge to determine tooling function with good trouble-shooting skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, verify dimensions, and perform machining operations.
• Proficiency with CNC equipment and CAM software.
• Strong safety mindset and reliability; able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, interpret blueprints and CAD files.
• Select tools, determine speeds and feeds for machining.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to ensure tolerances.
