Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Program Manager for the LEU+ Program to lead integration and governance across a complex portfolio, coordinating scope, schedule, cost, and risk across construction, fuel engineering, and customer implementation projects.

The role may offer remote work and reports to the Director, LEU+ Program. The base salary range is $130,400 to $163,000 per year, with opportunities in staffing, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree desirable.
• 10+ years in Program and Contract management.
• 10+ years in nuclear industry project/program management preferred.
• PMI Program Manager certification.
• Project Controls certifications (scheduling, estimating, earned value, risk) preferred.
• Organizational experience with planning, budgeting and operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up cross-functional program scope, schedule, cost and governance.
• Coordinate governance processes and dashboards for LEU+ sub-programs.
• Direct planning and scheduling across LEU+ workstreams including capital projects and manufacturing.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting schedule, cost, scope, and resources.
• Develop and maintain standard project and resource planning templates.
